About the role
- Manage delivery of divisional objectives and investments within a diverse portfolio of customers and divisions.
- Hire, develop and promote top talent.
- Ensure robust development and career pathing and act as a talent pipeline for the broader Nestle Finance organization.
- Help ensure that Nestle USA is a destination for top diverse talent.
- Drive ROI mindset on commercial investments.
- Drive visibility of customer profitability to optimize total commercial investments for our customers.
- Leverage Nestle Next principles to ensure customer compliance.
- Drive Nestle Next future iterations leveraging key learnings.
- Manage a team of 3-4 field finance managers and analysts.
- Work with counterparts in Strategic Revenue Management to optimize commercial plans.
- Partner with Sales leadership to refine and optimize Route-to-Market opportunities in line with organizational objectives.
- Support compliance and controls framework to ensure rock solid financial reporting and a culture of being ‘audit ready at all times’.
- Support OMNI investments and controls.
- Research and resolve customer deduction discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Sales, or related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Sales, or Analytics
- Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling through insights; strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of pricing concepts (elasticity, sensitivities, thresholds) and how pricing & promotion can impact commercial P&L statements
- Strong financial controls and financial reporting compliance
- Experience working with syndicated consumption data and internal financial data
- Knowledge of the consumer-packaged goods industry
- Experience leading a team in a dynamic fast paced environment
