Responsibilities
Act as a trusted finance business partner to cross-functional leaders
Partner with the NSS Program Finance team to oversee forecasts, budgets, and program financial models
Lead the preparation and delivery of business reviews, management reporting, and executive-level presentations
Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation
Maintain and enhance cash flow and balance sheet projections
Collaborate with Controllership and other finance areas for timely financial reporting
Serve as a key FP&A subject matter expert in EPBCS/Oracle EPM
Strengthen FP&A continuity through shared expertise and collaborative workflows
Drive process improvement by standardizing, automating, and optimizing forecasting and reporting processes
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as required
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of integrated financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow)
Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience in a large, complex organization
Demonstrated expertise in long-term forecasting, multi-year financial modeling, and scenario analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-module ERP environment
Experience with FP&A and performance management systems, such as Oracle EPM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
