About the role

  • SRM Program Manager at Nestlé Health Science overseeing complex programs to drive business outcomes. Partnering with diverse teams to embed strategic revenue management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SRM programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SRM vision.
  • Partner with the SRM Lead to define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance structures.
  • Develop integrated program plans across multiple SRM projects including budgets, resources, timelines, and interdependencies.
  • Maintain all project documentation, reporting, risks, and communication protocols.
  • Establish strong governance frameworks, integrating agile practices where applicable.
  • Partner with divisional leaders, brand/category teams, sales, finance, and other functions to ensure timely delivery of SRM projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration between SRM, commercial, digital, and technical teams to embed SRM processes into workflows and operating models.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SRM program activities, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment.
  • Oversee deployment of SRM levers across divisions and channels (Price, Promo, PPA, Mix/Assortment).
  • Drive capability building by socializing SRM standards, frameworks, best practices, and digital tools.
  • Monitor execution quality, refresh feedback loops, and drive post implementation optimization.
  • Support SRM capability, brand initiatives, and digital tool adoption.
  • Conduct deep analysis of SRM program performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Track, measure, and report financial impact of SRM initiatives—including KPIs, levers, and business drivers.
  • Use data tools (Excel, PowerBI, analytics platforms) to support storytelling, decision making, and reporting.
  • Lead change management activities to drive adoption of SRM methods, tools, and processes across commercial planning teams.
  • Develop communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness plans to support SRM deployment.
  • Anticipate risks and resistance; design mitigation strategies to ensure sustained adoption.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and adapt change plans based on feedback and effectiveness metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and engagement sessions to build SRM awareness and capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop team members and project teams to strengthen SRM, program, and change capabilities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Support the development of SRM-related systems, digital solutions, and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 7 years of program management / project management experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field is required.
  • PMP, Prosci, or other related certifications are preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional programs and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in sales, marketing, or finance.
  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to transform data and insights into compelling program strategies.
  • Prior experience driving change management and organizational adoption in matrixed environments.
  • Experience with Agile, PMP, or program management frameworks and tools (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with syndicated, consumer, and financial data sources.
