About the role

  • CRM Expert providing strategy consultancy for developing CRM programs at Nestlé Health Science. Collaborating with teams to implement effective consumer engagement strategies through market segmentation and content sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Support markets in the development of their CRM strategies by informing on the strategy development process, planning the necessary strategy workshops together with the markets and consolidating the outcomes of these workshops into agreed local market strategy documents.
  • Leveraging existing data capture capabilities at Nestlé Health Science, identify segments to create and use in the local CRM programs, make recommendations of CRM journeys for markets to implement per segment.
  • In partnership with the local brand and digital team members, source content (e.g., articles, recipes, videos etc.) to power the creation of assets for the agreed CRM strategies, either by repurposing existing content or working with the NHSc Global Content Studio to develop new content.
  • Drive the development of CRM campaign templates that markets can leverage for running ongoing one-shot campaigns for their local brands.
  • Coordinate with the Nestlé IMS CRM Services team the set up and execution, on behalf of the markets, of the agreed journeys and campaigns in either SFMC or Klaviyo.
  • Leveraging existing tools and dashboards, monitor and evaluate the performance of the local CRM programs using pre-defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting back to the respective markets, highlighting improvement opportunities.
  • Help the Global B2C CRM team at NHSc to evangelize the eCRM Campaign Factory set-up towards markets.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years in digital marketing / eBusiness, preferably with experience working on marketing communications for Consumer brands, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
  • Solid experience in project management and stakeholder management, in a multinational environment.
  • End-to-end experience in developing and implementing CRM programs, defining content, segmentation and orchestration strategies and building and setting up campaigns with external partners (e.g., creative agencies).
  • Used to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven change management experience.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations based on insights.
