Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Infinity/Constellation platform versions (8.x or above)
- Deep knowledge of: Case Management, Pega Data Pages & Data Modeling, Integration Services (REST, SOAP, Connectors), UI/UX (Sections, Harnesses, Cosmos), Decisioning basics (if applicable), Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification – Required
- CSA and CSSA certifications (expected prerequisites)
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega development and architecture
- Experience leading large or complex Pega implementations
- Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega Customer Service / BPM frameworks
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience testing applications in Banking domain.
