About the role
- Architect managing planning and execution of corporate real estate projects for Stadtwerke Augsburg. Contributing to sustainability goals of energy and mobility transition in the region.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the planning and design of our corporate real estate
- You develop and optimize space utilization concepts and space requirement plans
- You are responsible for acting as the client's/owner's representative
- You manage projects from planning through implementation (AHO phases 1–5)
- You commission, coordinate and supervise external planning offices/consultants and ensure smooth project execution
- You develop and implement design and fit-out guidelines
- Through your working methods, you contribute to a positive external image of our company
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's, Master's or Diplom degree in Architecture
- Many years of relevant experience in independent planning, tendering and construction management of building projects, and ideally experience in property project development; familiarity with common CAD programs (e.g., AutoCAD) and AVA software (e.g., Avanti)
- Confident user of MS Office applications and familiarity with HOAI, VOB, BayBo as well as relevant building law basics and DIN standards
- Quick comprehension, solution-oriented thinking and acting, a high degree of initiative and commitment, sense of responsibility, strong team skills and an independent, systematic working style
- Confident and professional manner with clients and planning partners, and strong communication skills
- Possession of a valid Class B driving licence
- German language level: at least C1 for successful collaboration
