Responsibilities
You are responsible for the planning and design of our corporate real estate
You develop and optimize space utilization concepts and space requirement plans
You are responsible for acting as the client's/owner's representative
You manage projects from planning through implementation (AHO phases 1–5)
You commission, coordinate and supervise external planning offices/consultants and ensure smooth project execution
You develop and implement design and fit-out guidelines
Through your working methods, you contribute to a positive external image of our company
Requirements
Completed Bachelor's, Master's or Diplom degree in Architecture
Many years of relevant experience in independent planning, tendering and construction management of building projects, and ideally experience in property project development; familiarity with common CAD programs (e.g., AutoCAD) and AVA software (e.g., Avanti)
Confident user of MS Office applications and familiarity with HOAI, VOB, BayBo as well as relevant building law basics and DIN standards
Quick comprehension, solution-oriented thinking and acting, a high degree of initiative and commitment, sense of responsibility, strong team skills and an independent, systematic working style
Confident and professional manner with clients and planning partners, and strong communication skills
Possession of a valid Class B driving licence
German language level: at least C1 for successful collaboration
