About the role

  • B2B Account Manager managing B2B client relationships and onboarding processes for Nect, a leading ID wallet provider in Germany. Focus on customer satisfaction and revenue expansion with innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our clients starting from contract signing
  • Prepare the joint kick-off for collaboration
  • Lead customers through the onboarding and implementation process of our products
  • Know and document all key customer information
  • Identify new use cases and upsell opportunities
  • Proactively grow customer relationships
  • Identify product potential through customer feedback
  • Hold regular standing meetings (jour fixe) with customers
  • Prepare reports and analyses

Requirements

  • Completed training or degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (Information Systems) or Sales
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a B2B company
  • Technical understanding of IT products
  • Interest in topics such as ID wallets, AI and deep tech
  • Experience in the regulatory environment of KYC solutions is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong service orientation and customer focus
  • Excellent German and English skills
