Global Senior SuccessFactors Consultant at NEC Corporation managing HR IT platform changes. Focusing on system configuration and administration of SuccessFactors and resolving HR system issues.
Responsibilities
Act as the Digital HR CoE lead for the day-to-day administration of the SuccessFactors system managing approved changes, dealing with defects and issues
Under the guide of the Cloud Service Manager, partner with Global HR Business Process Owners and HR SME community to design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration and release management meeting overall business requirements
Engage with the Lead Superusers to ensure issues they cannot resolve locally are dealt with in a timely manner
Manage SuccessFactors security roles approvals in line with design framework and execute any agreed changes to the security settings for roles
Ensure access requests process to NEC HR IT systems is robust and compliant with IT policies
Manage SF inbound and outbound interfaces and ensure any interface errors are fixed with no impact to downstream processes
Requirements
Minimum experience required 6 to 11 years
Minimum 4 years of sap success factors experience in Employee Central CORE
Minium 3 years of sap success factors experience in compensation (pay-review)
Good experience in role-based permission and workflows, business rule
Excellent knowledge of Data Migration ( EC )
Good knowledge on time off
Good knowledge of Cloud release management and the administrator requirements
Business knowledge of HR and Talent management processes
Experience of solving defects and issues in SuccessFactors raised by the users
Understanding of how the security framework within SuccessFactors works
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking to prioritize daily assignments as well as ongoing projects
