About the role

  • Payroll & HR Implementation Specialist advising international clients on payroll systems and compliance in Denmark. Involves onboarding clients and collaborating with legal and finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Client onboarding and due diligence
  • Drafting agreements
  • Acting as an expert advisor on Danish payroll, employment law, and HR matters
  • Conducting needs analysis and mapping requirements
  • Setting up payroll systems
  • Maintaining contact with clients and their employees
  • Collaborating closely with legal and finance teams across the business
  • Driving client cases forward and following up with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience with payroll (e.g., systems commonly used in Denmark such as Danløn, Visma, or similar), Epos is preferable
  • Strong system interest and technical aptitude
  • Experience working in a payroll outsourcing environment
  • Familiarity with Danish employment law, collective agreements, and reporting requirements (e.g., eIndkomst)
