About the role

  • Escalation Project Manager leading telecom service delivery for Comcast, managing escalated service issues & coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for escalated service delivery issues
  • Own customer communication throughout the escalation lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for telecom delivery activities

Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant work experience
  • Solid understanding of telecom and network delivery concepts
  • Proven ability to manage complex issues across multiple teams
  • Strong planning, tracking, and risk management skills
  • Comfort operating in high-visibility, time-sensitive situations
