- Own the management and leadership across all care management operations
- Full oversight of care management operations including staffing model and deployment of resources
- Collaborate with Navvis clinical ops team to evolve programs and ensure best practice

- Establish and maintain feedback loop with SSM leadership on care management indicators
- Develop achievable goals with direct reports setting the vision for cascading those goals
- Partner cross-functionally to develop strategies impacting value-based performance
- Ensure patients’ experience of care reflects a high level of satisfaction
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a clinical field
- Minimum of 10 years of healthcare leadership experience
- Expert knowledge of health care management principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to relate to physicians, nurses and senior level health care leaders
- Proven track record working with clients and excellent customer interface skills
- Strong collaborative, negotiating, influencing, leadership and decision-making skills
