You are the direct point of contact for our customers and independently answer all questions professionally and with great empathy
You collect customers’ requests and feedback and advocate for their implementation at Naturbummler
You continuously develop our customer channels and contribute your own ideas
You coordinate roof tent shipments and the tracking of various returns, and support dispatch/logistics as needed
