Responsibilities
Lead and develop the 3 functional leads (Warehousing, Transportation, Customs & Documentation).
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the logistics team.
Translate the Lean & Fast Supply Chain model into a practical logistics strategy.
Define and regularly review the global warehouse footprint and transport lanes.
Ensure all warehouses operate to clear SLAs on inbound, storage, outbound, and value-added services.
Guarantee high stock accuracy, strong inventory control, and structured yearly stock takes/reconciliations.
Own the global transport strategy across air, sea, rail, express, and local delivery.
Ensure all shipments are compliant and correctly documented across all regions.
Work closely with Demand & Supply Planning to plan shipments ahead of goods being ready.
Define and own the core logistics KPIs.
Requirements
6 to 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with responsibility for global flows.
Experience in a brand, e-commerce, or 3PL/forwarder environment handling multi-region logistics.
Track record of improving logistics performance through simplification, better data, and stronger partners.
Comfortable working in a lean organization where roles are broad and hands-on work is still required.
Proactive, pragmatic, and able to work independently with strong ownership.

Strong expertise in international logistics: warehousing, transportation, customs, and last-mile.
Proven experience managing 3PL warehouses and freight forwarders through clear SLAs and KPIs.
Ability to see both the big picture (network design, cost structure) and operational detail (root causes, data quality).
High analytical discipline; comfortable with data, ratios, and scenario analysis.
Leadership skills: able to coach, challenge, and develop team members; calm under pressure, solution-oriented.
Digital fluency: ERP/WMS/TMS, portals, dashboards, basic data modelling; curiosity for automation and AI.
Clear, structured communication in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.
