About the role

  • Global Warehousing Manager overseeing daily operations and performance of warehouses globally. Ensuring accuracy and control at every step of the logistics flow for Native Union.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations and performance of all global warehouses.
  • Master all warehouse digital platforms and extract clear operational insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with warehouse account managers.
  • Monitor service updates, operational changes, and pricing movements.
  • Oversee all inbound operations, including Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN) and pre-alerts.
  • Ensure proper inbound processing, receiving accuracy, timely put-away, and exception management.
  • Oversee all outbound operations, ensuring service-level compliance and on-time dispatch.
  • Ensure each outbound flow meets shipping rules and carrier compliance.
  • Ensure full stock visibility and accuracy across all hubs.
  • Run yearly stock takes with all warehouse partners and manage corrective actions.
  • Oversee local road transportation from each warehouse to the final customer.
  • Support rate negotiation with local carriers for cost-effective delivery.
  • Run weekly KPI reviews covering SLAs, inbound/outbound timeliness, and service failures.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to reduce delays and errors.
  • Work with the Head of Systems to maintain full Microsoft Business Central ERP integration.
  • Control all warehousing invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracted T&Cs.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in warehousing operations, logistics management, or 3PL coordination.
  • Experience with inbound/outbound flow management, multi-warehouse networks, or last-mile delivery is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with ERP/WMS integration and digital tools.
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently with strong ownership.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, and multi-region logistics.
  • Fluency in WMS platforms and comfort managing digital workflows and dashboards.
  • Ability to translate operational data into clear actions.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical discipline.
  • Experience managing 3PLs and leading performance through KPIs.
  • Understanding of last-mile operations and carrier management.
  • Digital fluency with modern tools, automation systems, and API-driven workflows.
  • Ownership mentality, reliability, and operational rigor.
  • Clear communication in English; Cantonese and or Mandarin is a plus.
