About the role

  • Responsable de Région - Nord chez Roole, animant un réseau de distributeurs automobiles. Gestion des partenariats et développement de l'image de marque dans le secteur.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Regional Director and as part of a team of six Regional Managers, you have three main objectives:
  • Manage and engage your network of automotive dealers (an average portfolio of 80 dealerships) through your interpersonal skills.
  • Support your partners in distributing Roole products, while ensuring the quality of sales pitches and contract sign-ups.
  • Strengthen Roole’s brand image among its members through local activities and initiatives, including community/social actions in partnership with local stakeholders.
  • After the negotiation and management of commercial agreements carried out by the Key Account Managers with B2B partners, you promote and coordinate Roole with all relevant stakeholders at the dealerships.
  • You are responsible for regulatory compliance related to product distribution in dealerships and for ensuring correct promotional messaging for Roole.
  • You engage all dealership stakeholders by implementing contests and other commercial operations to optimize contract sales and achieve your KPIs.
  • You maintain high-level relationships with your dealer network autonomously.
  • You initiate regional partnerships with institutional clients to promote the brand: regional authorities, associations, or municipalities.
  • You are the regional custodian of Roole’s strategy and provide continuous visibility on it to the Sales and Regional Management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bac+4/+5 (Master's level) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing and animating distribution networks
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus but not required
  • Valid driving license (category B)
  • Recognized for excellent interpersonal skills, energy and agility
  • Pedagogical, a strong communicator and able to adapt your message to your audience
  • You combine commercial drive with analytical insight: you enjoy analyzing field data and adjusting your strategy accordingly
  • Rigorous, persistent and responsive
  • Results-oriented, enjoy challenges, committed and ready to fully invest yourself in a fast-growing company
  • Proficient with IT tools (CRM, Microsoft Office)
