About the role

  • Group Management Accountant responsible for accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. Leading month-end activities, statutory reporting, and collaboration with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly reporting process including accruals, prepayments, revenue recognition (ARR and PS), debt interest calculations, and R&D time allocation/ capitalisation, professional services revenue recognition, reporting, and WIP reconciliation.
  • Employee cost reconciliations including payroll journal review.
  • Manage sales and other employee commission calculations.
  • Implement and maintain Group transfer pricing policies.
  • Prepare subsidiary financial statements and tax returns (Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, US).
  • Support the Group audit with audit requests, follow-ups, and key judgement memos.
  • Lead the R&D tax credit application process.
  • Perform employee T&E reviews.
  • Prepare VAT and sales tax returns.
  • Deliver FRS102 implementation effective 1-Jan-26.
  • NetSuite system administration.

Requirements

  • Strong financial accounting experience in multi-entity environments.
  • Experience with statutory accounts and tax filings across jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of IFRS revenue recognition including ARR, PS and WIP.
  • Audit experience including preparation of key judgement documentation.
  • Knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS.
  • NetSuite System Administration
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
