Group Management Accountant responsible for accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. Leading month-end activities, statutory reporting, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead the monthly reporting process including accruals, prepayments, revenue recognition (ARR and PS), debt interest calculations, and R&D time allocation/ capitalisation, professional services revenue recognition, reporting, and WIP reconciliation.
Employee cost reconciliations including payroll journal review.
Manage sales and other employee commission calculations.
Implement and maintain Group transfer pricing policies.
Support the Group audit with audit requests, follow-ups, and key judgement memos.
Lead the R&D tax credit application process.
Perform employee T&E reviews.
Prepare VAT and sales tax returns.
Deliver FRS102 implementation effective 1-Jan-26.
NetSuite system administration.
Requirements
Strong financial accounting experience in multi-entity environments.
Experience with statutory accounts and tax filings across jurisdictions.
Understanding of IFRS revenue recognition including ARR, PS and WIP.
Audit experience including preparation of key judgement documentation.
Knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS.
NetSuite System Administration
Strong Excel and analytical skills
