About the role
- Accountant managing client portfolio tasks including bookkeeping and accounting reports. Collaborating with junior team members and optimizing accounting systems.
Responsibilities
- Managing a client portfolio from bookkeeping to year-end closing, including bank reconciliation, closing journal entries, P&L analysis, and supporting schedules.
- Creating timely and accurate accounting reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
- Detecting inaccuracies and investigating account discrepancies
- Proposing recommendations to optimize accounting systems and procedures
- Managing intercompany reconciliation
- Participating in the consolidation process
- Supporting Junior team's collaborators
Requirements
- Completed at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting in an accounting firm and managing different accounts.
- An ability to respect deadlines or communicate in advance if not doable.
- An appeal to work in autonomy but with taste for team' spirit.
- An ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- French language or foreign language a plus.
