About the role

  • Client Account Manager overseeing corporate secretarial services to transform traditional corporate governance. Collaborating with various teams and managing client onboarding in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client transfer-in process and handle client onboarding
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Manager on KYC procedures
  • Serve as primary point of contact for our Hong Kong-based clients
  • Collaborate with BVI team to prepare certificates of incumbency, good standing, and handle change to directors, members, and beneficial owners
  • Manage regulatory submissions including economic substance and ensure accurate client record maintenance
  • Update databases and work with Finance team on billing processes
  • Handle transactions on VIRRGIN and coordinate with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare minutes and resolutions in support of client transactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Corporate Governance, or related field with 3+ years years of experience in corporate services
  • Proficient written and oral communication abilities in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and responsiveness
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and capacity to work under tight deadlines
  • Tech-savvy. Programming knowledge or interest is a plus
