About the role

  • Team Lead managing full stack developers in a fintech B2B SaaS environment. Overseeing team performance, coding quality, and technical architecture in an Agile setting.

Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in leading a squad of developers, combining people management, operational oversight and technical leadership.
  • Manage team members (professional development interviews, support with career progression, monitoring objectives).
  • Handle operational HR matters: absences, leave, onboarding of new hires, annual appraisals.
  • Create a motivating, supportive and well-structured working environment.
  • Participate in defining the technical architecture.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Support developers’ skills development and growth.
  • Maintain technological watch and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science (minimum Bachelor’s level).
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in .NET development, with strong experience in team leadership.
  • Ability to unite, organize and develop a team.
  • Solid understanding of technical topics on the back end (.NET, C#), front end (Angular) and databases.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
