About the role

  • Revenue Operations role developing post-sales revenue infrastructure for MyTraffic. Drive automation and scalability in customer management systems to support expansion and efficiency in data processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and operate the post-sales revenue infrastructure: from customer conversion to renewal and upsell, creating a reliable, automated, and scalable engine.
  • Design the post-sales data model (ARR movements, renewals, expansion, churn)
  • Create a single source of truth across HubSpot, Planhat, Stripe and Finance
  • Eliminate reliance on Excel files for renewals and NRR
  • Build automated customer management workflows (onboarding, renewal, expansion)
  • Transform Planhat into the central CS operating system (forecasting, health scoring, playbooks)
  • Industrialize renewal and NRR forecasting

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience in Revenue Operations, ideally in a self-serve/PLG environment
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (post-sales), Planhat or equivalent, and billing tools (Stripe, Chargebee, etc.)
  • Builder mindset: you create systems from scratch, not just maintain existing ones
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you thrive in change and ambiguity and enjoy building in a fast-evolving environment
