Responsibilities

  • Steer development and execution of a focused portfolio of high-impact integration partners
  • Lead cross-functional delivery from concept to launch
  • Expand portfolio by identifying and building relationships with new partners
  • Support B2B customer-facing teams across multiple sales offices
  • Champion customer perspective in product strategy
  • Create clarity at scale by establishing effective work routines

Requirements

  • Strategic operator mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity while forming ideas into plans
  • Cross-functional leadership: able to steer stakeholders across the business
  • End-to-end execution: able to structure initiatives and drive delivery
  • Partnership and/or ecosystem experience in technology/SaaS, ideally involving product and commercial based partnerships
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into partner and product action
  • Commercial curiosity: interest in how value is packaged and monetized
  • Availability for occasional travel to meet with partners and customers
  • Fluency in English and experience working in international teams
