Responsibilities

- Help track project metrics while focusing on business objectives, stakeholder/customer satisfaction, and overall project benefit realization
- Help staff committees, lead team meetings, provide status updates, organize team materials, and keep project dashboards and tracking information current
- Consult with business users regarding application requirements
- Collaborate with external entities, such as other agencies and departments, on technical projects
- Conduct training on various technology systems; create training documentation, course materials, etc.
- Communicate with internal and external justice system partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, information technology, computer science or a closely related field
- Two years of related work experience
- Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.
- Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis, excluding supervisory experience.
