Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and facilitating prioritization and execution of project activities from start to finish
Assist with planning, scheduling, communications, issue and feature tracking, change management, risk management, cost, and scope control
Help track project metrics while focusing on business objectives, stakeholder/customer satisfaction, and overall project benefit realization
Help staff committees, lead team meetings, provide status updates, organize team materials, and keep project dashboards and tracking information current
Consult with business users regarding application requirements
Collaborate with external entities, such as other agencies and departments, on technical projects
Conduct training on various technology systems; create training documentation, course materials, etc.
Communicate with internal and external justice system partners and stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, information technology, computer science or a closely related field
Two years of related work experience
Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.
Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis, excluding supervisory experience.
