  • Community Planner in Florida coordinating public health policy and environmental health assessments with local authorities and public health officials

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and coordination for planning and public health policy development
  • Works collaboratively with other Public Health officials
  • Coordinates environmental public health communication and education outreach
  • Develops and implements strategies and training programs to build capacity within Public Health

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in urban planning preferred
  • AICP certification preferred
