About the role

  • Customer support analyst performing customer support and attending court for child support cases at the Florida Department of Revenue. Analyzing case data and resolving issues while coordinating with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Performing customer support and attending Court for child support cases
  • Initiating and responding to requests
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Researching and resolving case issues
  • Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
  • Assisting customers
  • Preparing for and attending Court
  • Interacting with legal services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners
  • Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation

Requirements

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
  • Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
