About the role
- Client Relationship Analyst assisting clients with insurance and benefits at MDS Brasil. Engaging with clients to ensure effective benefit utilization and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide service to a portfolio of medium-complexity clients through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring each client is served quickly and accurately according to their needs.
- Deliver client service with attentive, dialogue-based interaction and an understanding of their needs, providing clarification and necessary information regarding the coverage process for insured and non-insured benefits.
- Assist clients with reimbursement requests and pre-approvals through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels, ensuring effective reimbursement for expenses incurred for care received outside the provider network.
- Carry out procedures required for market studies by collecting the data and information needed to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best terms and options for the client within the renewal deadline.
- Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims experience indicators by organizing data and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, to provide clients with the policy results.
- Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping carried out during operations and application of procedures and workflows, and propose actions to enable continuous improvement in client service.
- Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by area needs or demand, participating in training, professional development and guidance from immediate supervisors to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience in insurance with health and dental products and knowledge of current ANS legislation/regulations
