Responsibilities
Define product vision, strategy and roadmap
Manage the product lifecycle, from discovery through continuous improvement
Identify market opportunities, trends and partner needs
Translate strategic objectives into prioritized, measurable initiatives
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, technical teams and business areas
Monitor performance, adoption and financial impact metrics
Conduct competitive analyses and feasibility studies
Ensure scalability and standardization of solutions for multiple partners
Lead strategic ceremonies and support executive product decisions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology or related fields)
Previous experience as a Product Manager or in an equivalent role
Experience with digital products and managing a strategic roadmap
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Experience with agile methodologies and product frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder negotiation skills
Experience with financial products, especially consórcio (consortium savings product), fintech or regulated services (advantage)
Experience with white-label solutions or B2B2C platforms (advantage)
Knowledge of product metrics, growth and experimentation (advantage)
Experience with OKRs and strategic planning (advantage)
Basic knowledge of financial/consórcio sector regulation (advantage)
