Responsibilities
Effective planning of operational tasks to enable the smooth operation of the Majesco Policy Administration System
Recognize trends and repeat issues and work with business stakeholders on longer term fixes to reduce frequency
Self and formal learning to improve Product Owner skills
Support the creation of product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Contribute to all Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Daily Standups, and Backlog Refinement, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable the operational management of the Majesco PAS.
Use various sources of insight, metrics and data available to make data driven decisions.
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, motivations and behaviors to influence experiences that contribute to a rewarding customer experience.
Build a deep understanding of the Policy Administration System from product design, underwriting, process, claims and commercial
Perform UAT of product improvements
Manage compliance related changes
May assist with Business Production Support tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Extensive Commercial Insurance experience
Policy Administration system ownership or administration experience
Experience in financial services
Certified Product Owner
SAFe Certification
