About the role
- Product Owner responsible for RIB iTWO implementation, serving as a bridge between stakeholders in infrastructure projects. Engaging in business analysis and user training for enhanced operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the introduction of RIB iTWO within the organization, including requirements gathering, design, implementation and continuous optimization
- Business analysis: identify, analyze and document user needs and derive potential improvements
- Stakeholder management: act as the interface between business units, IT and external service providers
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Support the technical implementation and ensure a high level of usability
- Provide training and change management to support users in adopting RIB iTWO
- Monitor the quality and success of the implemented processes and systems
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in implementing and supporting ERP, BIM or AVA systems, ideally with RIB iTWO
- Experience with construction projects, infrastructure management or facility management
- Understanding of BIM concepts and methodology and familiarity with digital construction workflows (5D, BIM, ACC)
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) as well as process optimization and change management is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and a willingness to actively participate in transformation processes
- Strong communication and persuasion skills when dealing with various stakeholders
- High degree of initiative and solution-oriented thinking
- Business-fluent German and English
