About the role

  • Payments Account Manager at Multiple handling client payment methods in iGaming. Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth payment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor payment transactions to ensure accuracy, performance, and stability across all supported payment methods.
  • Manage the onboarding of new payment methods for clients, coordinating between internal teams and external payment providers.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding payment-related matters, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Serve as a bridge between the payments team and PSPs, facilitating smooth integrations and ongoing collaboration.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payment issues to minimize operational or client impact.
  • Support the payments team with day-to-day operational tasks and initiatives.
  • Respond to brand owners and internal stakeholders regarding payment performance and issues.
  • Continuously review and improve payment workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Analyze transaction data and prepare reports to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support strategic decisions with data-driven insights related to payment performance.
  • Ensure payment systems meet security, reliability, and compliance requirements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to payment processing and integrations.
  • Collaborate with compliance, development, product, marketing, and customer support teams to align payment operations with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of payment systems, PSPs, and payment flows within iGaming or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of relevant payment regulations, compliance standards, and risk considerations.
  • Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience working with in-house or proprietary payment platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing and interpreting transaction and performance data.
  • Proven problem-solving ability, particularly in technical or operational payment issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in working directly with clients and external partners.
