- Manage budget tracking, risks, and change control for assigned projects.
- Maintain Wrike (or equivalent) dashboards and documentation for full visibility.
- Support commissioning, testing, and punch list closure on site.
- May manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful project delivery within established scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee vendors, subcontractors to ensure the equipment/services provided meet project specifications/standards, budget, and schedule/timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and scalability of robotic solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project execution, ideally in automation, robotics, or systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with FAT/SAT or commissioning required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Wrike or similar project tracking tools.
- Technical background (engineering, integration, or similar) preferred.
