About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager leading a team to achieve sales goals for Farm Animal products. Requires strong leadership and sales experience in the animal health market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional sales team to achieve regional sales targets
  • Prepare and implement a regional business plan
  • Monitor team performance and track key performance indicators
  • Manage talent to attract, retain, and motivate the regional sales team
  • Coach and lead the sales team
  • Propose ideas and identify new areas for development
  • Collaborate with key account and technology teams to implement programs

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s) required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales and/or marketing or a related field
  • At least two (2) years of leadership experience with demonstrated achievements
  • Technical, product, and market knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Residence within the sales region
