About the role

Responsibilities

  • Professional responsible for the strategic management of advertising accounts, with a strong focus on CRM, client relationship management and data-driven campaign performance.
  • Acts as the link between the client, creative team, media, data and technology, ensuring the delivery of integrated solutions aligned with business objectives and the consumer journey.
  • Manage accounts consultatively, focusing on retention, loyalty and growth of the client base for assigned accounts.
  • Direct and monitor CRM strategies (email marketing, automation, journeys, segmentation and personalization) together with the responsible area.
  • Work on a deep understanding of the consumer journey, identifying communication and relationship opportunities.
  • Translate business objectives into clear briefs for internal teams (creative, BI, media, technology and automation).
  • Manage jobs from start to finish, implementing schedules to provide visibility to clients.
  • Track CRM KPIs (engagement, conversion, LTV, churn, CAC, open and click-through rates).
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and timing of deliveries, respecting deadlines and SLAs.
  • Present results, analyses and strategic recommendations to the client.
  • Maintain close and strategic relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control all billing for the accounts served.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of CRM, relationship marketing and marketing automation
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Knowledge of database segmentation, relationship workflows and automated journeys
  • Ability to read and analyze data and performance reports
  • Understanding of digital media integrated with CRM
  • Basic knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and data usage best practices
  • Strategic and analytical profile with business acumen
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactivity and ability to anticipate client needs
  • Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments
  • Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
  • Courses or certifications in CRM, marketing automation, data or customer experience are a plus
  • English and Spanish desirable but not mandatory.
