Partnering with senior leaders, the role translates strategy into action, shapes organizational choices, and balances growth, capability, and cost.
Operating with autonomy and commercial judgement, the Lead HRBP orchestrates the Talent ecosystem to deliver scalable, enterprise-aligned impact.

Requirements
7+ years’ experience in senior HR Business Partner or equivalent HR leadership roles within complex, global organizations.
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on decisions impacting growth, cost, productivity, and operating leverage.
Experience supporting organizations through periods of rapid scale, global expansion, or operating model maturity.
Proven ability to exercise independent judgement and influence outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
Strong capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Demonstrated credibility and influence with technical, commercial, or product-led leadership teams.
Experience contributing to the design and evolution of enterprise talent frameworks, not solely local implementation.
Working knowledge of compensation, performance, succession, and workforce economics in scaling environments.
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging data and insights (in partnership with People Analytics) to inform decisions.
High tolerance for pace and ambiguity, with a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrixed, multi-region or global environments.
Experience partnering closely with COEs, Shared Services, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable outcomes.
Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed or scaling technology/SaaS environment strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development preferred.
