About the role

  • Sales Director leading a high-performing team driving revenue growth in strategic accounts for MRI Software. Collaborating across functions to optimize client satisfaction and sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers and reps to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and professional growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with North America revenue goals and corporate growth objectives.
  • Drive pipeline generation and progression, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent attainment of quotas.
  • Expand MRI’s footprint with both new logo acquisition and growth within the existing client base.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure sales alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on product roadmap and market requirements.
  • Ensure sales processes, systems, and reporting (Salesforce, CRM tools) are followed and optimized.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs including bookings, pipeline coverage, quota attainment, and retention metrics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as sales manager with a proven track record of success and achievements.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth in SaaS industry.
  • Experience working with Strategic or Key Accounts.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex situations and drive outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Proptech Industry experience desired, specifically with MultiFamily.
  • Willingness to travel 25%.
  • MEDDPICC certification and experience is nice to have.
