About the role

  • Marketing analyst improving marketing strategies and overseeing campaigns at MPD Engenharia. Collaborating with teams to optimize performance and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and oversee administrative and strategic marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and innovation in contracted services.
  • Manage the distribution of promotional materials to customers, employees and the sales team, ensuring impact and consistency in communication.
  • Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, promotion and events agencies, photographers, the press, digital agencies, printers and various suppliers, coordinating integrated actions.
  • Define, implement and monitor media and promotion plans, focusing on measurable results and strategic indicators.
  • Monitor competitors' actions, market trends and benchmarks, proposing adjustments and opportunities for competitive positioning.
  • Analyze results of digital and offline marketing campaigns, using KPIs and relevant metrics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Propose creative and innovative ideas for campaigns, content and marketing strategies, adding value to the brand and audience experience.
  • Design and conduct research with customers and prospects, turning data into strategic business insights.
  • Support the team in building digital strategies, online content and social media presence, with both analytical and creative perspectives.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Preferred 3 years of experience in Marketing, with experience in digital strategies, data analysis and online campaigns.
  • Education: Preferred completed higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Journalism.
  • Certifications: Preferred completion of professional development courses related to the field and digital marketing.
