Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes in public administration.
  • Identify optimization potentials and develop target processes.
  • Model and document processes (e.g., in BPMN).
  • Facilitate workshops with subject-matter experts, process owners, and IT teams.
  • Design processes efficiently and embed societal value.
  • Support clients from analysis through implementation: from process landscapes and KPI definitions to the adoption of process management standards.

Requirements

  • A good sense for context and interdependencies.
  • A solid methodological foundation in process management.
  • Some experience in the public sector.
  • Knowledge of modeling and documenting business processes (e.g., with BPMN).
  • Familiarity with common BPM tools (e.g., Adonis, Camunda, Signavio).
  • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Enjoy working on projects.
  • Degree in public administration, economics, social sciences, or political science.
  • Interest in further developing the consulting approach toward impact-oriented process management.
