Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in health and/or social care transformation, ideally within the Irish public sector or similar environments.
- Strong client-facing consulting or strategic advisory experience, with the ability to analyse complex problems and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
- Experience supporting or coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects and programmes, including risk management, resource allocation, and governance.
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, social work, clinical disciplines, project management, business, economics, engineering, architecture, or related fields; professional certifications such as Prince2, PMP, or Prosci are highly desirable.
