Responsibilities
Provide consultancy to franchisees in the professional training courses segment, advising and guiding them on key questions and issues;
Deliver commercial-focused training to drive enrollment engagement and student retention;
Advise and encourage implementation of the semester campaign strategies;
Provide guidance on various school challenges, assisting those seeking support in administrative, pedagogical, and operational areas;
Analyze performance indicators (sales funnel, DRE (income statement), revenue, student attrition, delinquency, among others);
Conduct audits, meetings, and trainings with franchisees;
Participate in key brand trainings and events;
Define action plans to address and close performance gaps at units.
Requirements
Knowledge, skills, and proven experience in commercial routines: sales funnel, commercial actions, etc.;
Previous experience as a Consultant or delivering sales-focused training;
Must have an active Category B driver's license (CNH B) and availability to travel within the states of Minas Gerais and Paraná;
Residence in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais is required;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office suite);
Experience in franchising is a plus, preferably in operations or commercial areas. Experience in non-degree course schools or education businesses is also advantageous.
