Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, within a software development environment.
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, facilitating meetings/workshops, and working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
- Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to prioritize effectively, work under pressure, and maintain a client-centric approach.
- A collaborative spirit with the confidence to operate autonomously.
