Responsibilities
Work in a hybrid model between requirements gathering with Regional Education offices and projects to develop automations based on Artificial Intelligence, supporting the Secretariat of Education in modernizing processes, increasing operational efficiency, and continuously improving institutional systems.
Gather requirements with Regional offices
Work directly with representatives from Superintendencies/Regional Education offices, participating in meetings, working groups, and technical forums.
Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, focusing on the real processes of regional and school units.
Map workflows, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into clear, prioritized specifications for the technical team.
Support homologation, validation, and acceptance processes for delivered solutions.
Elicit and detail requirements for automations based on AI, RPA, and system integrations.
Support the definition of AI use cases, including automations for analysis, triage, classification, document generation, and decision support.
Collaborate with technical and innovation teams in designing digital solutions.
Document business rules, automated flows, and success criteria for automations.
Monitor functional tests and validate that automations meet the needs of user areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed (technologist, undergraduate and/or lato sensu and/or stricto sensu postgraduate) in Information Technology.
Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst (mid-level).
Experience in requirements gathering with multiple stakeholders, preferably distributed (regionals, decentralized units, etc.).
Ability to translate complex demands into clear functional documentation.
Experience with medium- to large-scale systems.
Good communication, active listening, and the ability to mediate between technical and business areas.
