About the role

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and update processes using BPM methodologies and tools (such as BPMN);
• Perform critical analyses of existing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, risks, and inefficiencies;
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and alignment meetings with partner areas to gather requirements;
• Prepare and review process documents, operational procedures, work instructions, and related policies;
• Support the implementation of new processes and system improvements, ensuring adherence to approved designs;
• Monitor process-related performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans when necessary;
• Work on process standardization and governance, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices;
• Contribute to corporate projects and initiatives for transformation, automation, and process optimization;
• Support internal and external audits by providing and reviewing process-related evidence;
• Ensure the process repository is maintained, up to date, and accessible to the business areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related fields;
• Experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement;
• Proficiency in BPMN and modeling tools (Bizagi, Draw.io, HEFLO, Visio, or similar);
• Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or equivalents;
• Experience preparing process documentation (procedures, SOPs, policies);
• Understanding of corporate governance and process auditing;
• Desirable knowledge of automation (RPA, BPM Suite) and BI tools;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel);
• Familiarity with the Datasul system (not mandatory).
