Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for Mollies in your business area for onboarding, people changes and offboarding
- Ensure that all operational People processes run smoothly
- Make sure our HRIS (HiBob) and other People systems are up to date with accurate data
- Support updating all People policies and processes available on various employee platforms within Mollie
- Support preparing the monthly global payroll for your business area
Requirements
- Currently studying and able to work 20-32 hours a week
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn new things
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about creating a great employee experience
