About the role

  • Junior People Operations Specialist ensuring smooth onboarding and operations in a leading fintech company. Supporting HR processes and enhancing employee experience in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for Mollies in your business area for onboarding, people changes and offboarding
  • Ensure that all operational People processes run smoothly
  • Make sure our HRIS (HiBob) and other People systems are up to date with accurate data
  • Support updating all People policies and processes available on various employee platforms within Mollie
  • Support preparing the monthly global payroll for your business area

Requirements

  • Currently studying and able to work 20-32 hours a week
  • Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn new things
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about creating a great employee experience
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A willingness to learn and ability to think creatively to find solutions
