About the role

• Fullstack Developer responsible for end-to-end software solutions at Mollica IT. Contributing to product quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams on innovative technology projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end feature development: Work from technical refinement through production delivery, ensuring quality, maintainability, and continuous evolution of the software;
• Collaboration with Product and Design: Work closely with Product and Design teams to understand business needs and propose viable technical solutions;
• Code quality and best practices: Write code focused on readability, testing, maintainability, and adherence to software engineering best practices;
• Code review and team technical growth: Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback and contributing to the team's technical standards;
• Continuous architectural improvement: Collaborate on refactorings, structural improvements, and reduction of technical debt;
• Integrations and APIs: Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and reusable components;
• System reliability and support: Assist with monitoring and maintaining production systems, responding to incidents and proposing preventive improvements;
• Value-driven engineering culture: Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning, technical quality, and delivering product value;
• Other related duties.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a mid-level software developer/engineer;
• Knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices (Clean Code, SOLID);
• Solid experience with at least one of the following technologies: Java; C#; JavaScript/TypeScript; React; Angular;
• Experience with Git, code review, and collaborative workflows;
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, with a focus on efficient queries;
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Experience working in teams using Scrum or Kanban.
