About the role
- Provide operational support in recruiting security drivers for MOIA vehicles
- Advise managers and departments on aligning requirement profiles and drafting job descriptions
- Responsible for organizing and conducting selection processes and recruitment events
- Support with all administrative tasks in the recruiting process
- Independently manage various projects within the recruiting team and the HR department
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field
- Ideally some experience in recruiting
- Quick comprehension, high degree of autonomy, and a structured, goal-oriented way of working
- Reliability and strong organizational skills
- Solid understanding of the recruiter's role
- Confident user of common MS Office applications
- Very good command of German
- Interest in data processing, organization, and analysis
