Responsibilities
Provide operational support in recruiting security drivers for MOIA vehicles
Advise managers and departments on aligning requirement profiles and drafting job descriptions
Responsible for organizing and conducting selection processes and recruitment events
Support with all administrative tasks in the recruiting process
Independently manage various projects within the recruiting team and the HR department
Requirements
University degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field
Ideally some experience in recruiting
Quick comprehension, high degree of autonomy, and a structured, goal-oriented way of working
Reliability and strong organizational skills
Solid understanding of the recruiter's role
Confident user of common MS Office applications
Very good command of German
Interest in data processing, organization, and analysis
