About the role

  • Provide operational support in recruiting security drivers for MOIA vehicles
  • Advise managers and departments on aligning requirement profiles and drafting job descriptions
  • Responsible for organizing and conducting selection processes and recruitment events
  • Support with all administrative tasks in the recruiting process
  • Independently manage various projects within the recruiting team and the HR department

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field
  • Ideally some experience in recruiting
  • Quick comprehension, high degree of autonomy, and a structured, goal-oriented way of working
  • Reliability and strong organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of the recruiter's role
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications
  • Very good command of German
  • Interest in data processing, organization, and analysis
