About the role

  • HR Analyst with a focus on Recruitment and Selection responsible for various HR processes including employee integration. Requires experience in recruitment, performance evaluation, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Perform People Management/HR activities such as Recruitment and Selection
  • Training and Development
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Internal marketing (employee communications)
  • Terminations
  • Manage complex job, career and compensation matters
  • Implement actions for the Quality of Work Life program
  • Prepare documents for processes linked to the HR area
  • Provide support to employees and suppliers/vendors
  • Monitor HR indicators/KPIs developed by the area
  • Oversee the management of Internship, Young Apprentice and People with Disabilities (PwD) programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management, Organizational Psychology or related areas
  • Experience with recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience in performance evaluation
  • Experience in training and development
  • Experience designing internal marketing/employee engagement initiatives
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking/salary surveys
  • Experience conducting organizational climate/employee engagement surveys
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and business writing
