Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management, Organizational Psychology or related areas
- Experience with recruitment and selection processes
- Experience in performance evaluation
- Experience in training and development
- Experience designing internal marketing/employee engagement initiatives
- Experience with compensation benchmarking/salary surveys
- Experience conducting organizational climate/employee engagement surveys
- Knowledge of administrative processes and business writing
