Responsibilities
On-Site Operations: You’re in the heart of the festival action: Leading crews, coordinating processes, and ensuring the locker zone runs smoothly.
Planning & Coordination: You recruit and schedule crews, monitor performance, and handle administrative follow-up.
Sales & Relationships: You follow up incoming sales leads, maintain relationships with existing organizers, and actively look for new festivals, events, and partnerships.
Communication: You act as a key point of contact for organizers, partners, and internal teams.
Seasonality: Summers are intense and travel-heavy; winters focus more on office work, planning, sales follow-up, and well-earned vacation time.
