Responsibilities
Developing client relationships and support across Canada with a focus in Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan)
Participate in vendor meetings to provide market perspective and support client program requirements and service level needs
Manage project workloads, assignment, pricing and execution
Provide consulting to Health and Benefits team and Mercer Health clients
Develop and grow business opportunities for Total Health Management
Deliver thought leadership to clients and the public
Participate in enhancing and improving tools, insights and products
Act as a mentor and coach for Total Health Management colleagues
Collaborate and inspire teamwork
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a health or social sciences related field
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a field related to disability management (mandatory)
Expert level of knowledge across several of disability management, wellbeing programs, EFAP, HR programs and policies
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
Ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives
