About the role
- Senior Consultant focusing on improving wellbeing and productivity in Canadian workplaces. Developing client relationships and delivering consulting services across Western Canada.
Responsibilities
- Developing client relationships and support across Canada with a focus in Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan)
- Participate in vendor meetings to provide market perspective and support client program requirements and service level needs
- Manage project workloads, assignment, pricing and execution
- Provide consulting to Health and Benefits team and Mercer Health clients
- Develop and grow business opportunities for Total Health Management
- Deliver thought leadership to clients and the public
- Participate in enhancing and improving tools, insights and products
- Act as a mentor and coach for Total Health Management colleagues
- Collaborate and inspire teamwork
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a health or social sciences related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a field related to disability management (mandatory)
- Expert level of knowledge across several of disability management, wellbeing programs, EFAP, HR programs and policies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Available to travel as needed.
