About the role

  • Senior Consultant focusing on improving wellbeing and productivity in Canadian workplaces. Developing client relationships and delivering consulting services across Western Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Developing client relationships and support across Canada with a focus in Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan)
  • Participate in vendor meetings to provide market perspective and support client program requirements and service level needs
  • Manage project workloads, assignment, pricing and execution
  • Provide consulting to Health and Benefits team and Mercer Health clients
  • Develop and grow business opportunities for Total Health Management
  • Deliver thought leadership to clients and the public
  • Participate in enhancing and improving tools, insights and products
  • Act as a mentor and coach for Total Health Management colleagues
  • Collaborate and inspire teamwork

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a health or social sciences related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a field related to disability management (mandatory)
  • Expert level of knowledge across several of disability management, wellbeing programs, EFAP, HR programs and policies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Available to travel as needed.
