- Conduct change readiness assessments and provide ongoing support to teams throughout transitions to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Partner closely with People Partners and Learning & Development teams to design and implement future of work strategies, with a focus on AI-driven transformation.
- Provide a holistic, cross-functional perspective to identify opportunities for business model, operational, and organizational transformation.
- Drive the development and delivery of innovative strategies and solutions that enable sustainable change and business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management best practices and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
- 15+ Years of relevant experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives at a senior or director level.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of developing clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with HR, Learning & Development, and business partners to align change efforts with organizational goals.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in shaping future work environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
