Responsibilities
Lead and manage key components of change initiatives in collaboration with business leaders and critical GSD stakeholders.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with stakeholder RACI matrices and the criticality of change impacts.
Conduct change readiness assessments and provide ongoing support to teams throughout transitions to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
Partner closely with People Partners and Learning & Development teams to design and implement future of work strategies, with a focus on AI-driven transformation.
Provide a holistic, cross-functional perspective to identify opportunities for business model, operational, and organizational transformation.
Drive the development and delivery of innovative strategies and solutions that enable sustainable change and business growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management best practices and transformation initiatives.
Monitor and report on the progress and impact of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
15+ Years of relevant experience
Proven experience leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives at a senior or director level.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of developing clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
Experience working collaboratively with HR, Learning & Development, and business partners to align change efforts with organizational goals.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in shaping future work environments is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
