- Prepare and send Renewal and Mid-term Certificate of Insurance and Evidence of Property Insurance forms
- Review contracts to ensure that requirements are met by insurance policies

- Maintain file documentation of forms and supplements for attachment to certificates
- Verify coverage for third parties
- Manage data in Agency Management System
- Process Agency Bill Invoices upon instructions from account team
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
