About the role

  • Account Manager managing a portfolio of Group Risk and/or Healthcare clients at Mercer. Focused on client relationships, business development, and strategic consulting advice.

Responsibilities

  • Managing existing Group Risk and/or Healthcare client portfolio providing strategic/quality consulting advice and direction
  • Identify new opportunities and promote the wider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to maximise revenues and achieve growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues and key stakeholders
  • Providing accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendations
  • Liaising with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout
  • Promoting and delivering high quality service and advice

Requirements

  • Account Management/Sales experience with a proven background providing exceptional customer service
  • Adept at identifying business needs and aligning products to provide strategic solutions for clients
  • Self-driven and motivated with a confident and approachable style
  • Positive can-do attitude, who is happy to travel and enjoys meeting new people
